Open-ended design keeps the distal liner in direct contact with the skin, preserving suspension

The Underlay works with most liners and is compatible with Pin lock system, suspension sleeves, vacuum systems and more.

Slide the Underlay over your residual limb. Make sure that the Underlay is not loose. The Underlay should be fit without wrinkles.

The Underlay is slid on the residual limb and 4 inches (10cm) of skin should be exposed at the bottom

Put on your prosthetic liner over the Underlay, ensuring there is enough silicone in contact with your limb.

If you're using the Open version, roll your prosthetic liner as usual above the Underlay ensuring the Underlay extends above the liner. Ensure that the breathing part is sitting above the liner extremity.
